  • General Questions

    • How long does it take to get service?
      • As soon as you have your lights and decorations or if you desire to use our lights, call us and we will schedule a time to set them up or take them down for you.  We will try to accomodate your schedule and find a time that works for both of us.  We also offer weekend and "after-hours" services for an additional fee.
    • Do you guarantee your products?
      •  Yes.  Any item we install of ours comes with a 100% money-back guarantee for the season on any manufacturing defect upon redelivery.  We cannot promise a specific light or pattern, but we will do our best to accomodate your request.
    • Can I rent christmas lights rather than buy them?
      • Yes. We offer a variety of lights for rental as well as other event and party rentals to make your season more enjoyable.  Any light rentals also include the rental of power distribution as well as set up and take down services.
    • How do I know how much it will cost?
      • Contact one of our sales people or email us and we will be happy to provide you with a custom quote for your specific needs.  At the time of ordering your services and products full payment is made via a credit card.  We will accept checks for any on-site additions to your service or products sold on-site.
    • Who is responible if there is damage to my home or there is an accident?
      • We have never broken a tile yet! We will work with caution and attempt to minimize any possible damage to your property, but we cannot be held liable for it.  Our company does carry workers compensation and other insurance for our employees and will cover them in the event of an accident.  However, we also reserve the right to not provide services if we deem doing so places them in a dangerous situation.
    • Do you decorate or set up and take down other decorations besides lights?
      • Yes.  We will help you decorate your home with any decoration you own.  We will bill you on an hourly rate.  If you have a special request for signage, lighting or other decorations, we will try to accomodate your requests, but will be subject to availability.
    • How about holidays other than Christmas?
      • We set up and are decorators for all holidays and all seasons.  We are a year-round operation and can handle any party or event in the Bay Area and Northern California.  We also offer party and event rentals, such as tenting, tables, chairs, staging, lighting, power distribution, HVAC, tableware, linens, etc.
    • What types of xmas lights can I rent from you?
      • What type do you want?  We will try to fulfill any request.  If we can't find what you want, we will allow you to pick from other available options.

      • We are located at 295 S. Vasco Road, Livermore, CA 94551 
    • What are your hours?
      • Our regular business hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.  The best way to reach us is via phone or email.  We are anxiously waiting for your call to better serve you!
    • How long have you been in business?
      • We have been in the event and rental industry for over 20 years.  We love the Bay Area and enjoy working with our clients to make their events "Special" to them.
    • Who is Seasonal Reflections?  Do you own that business?
      • They are an independently run and owned business from our business.  We receive no payment from them for referring them.  We do not warrant or guarantee any of their products.
